Privacy policy, in plain language
QuestTracking is operated by Quest Collective LLC in Meridian, Idaho. This page says what we collect, why, who ever sees it, and how long we keep it. No legalese walls.
What we collect
- Quote request forms: the fields you type — name, phone, ZIP, email if you give it, project details — plus the exact consent text you agreed to, a timestamp, your IP address, and your browser signature. That bundle is the consent record; it exists to protect you and us.
- Email signups: your email address and which page you signed up on.
- Analytics: standard, aggregated page analytics. No sale of browsing data, no ad-network tracking pixels.
Who we share it with
- A quote request goes only to the provider(s) named in the consent text you checked. If the box named one roofing company, exactly one roofing company gets it. We never sell the same request twice, and we never share it with anyone who wasn't named.
- Email signups are never shared or sold. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
- We use infrastructure vendors (hosting, email delivery) to move the data; they process it for us, not for themselves.
How long we keep it
- Consent records: at least 4 years. Federal telemarketing rules (TCPA) require proof of consent, so these records are deliberately never deleted — even if the request itself was a duplicate or went nowhere.
- Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Revoke contact consent any time — reply STOP to a text, or email us.
- Want your request pulled or your details corrected? Email [email protected] and we'll handle it. (The consent record itself stays, because the law requires us to keep proof of what you agreed to at the time.)
